This course presents the final regulations concerning income tax withholding on supplemental pay including the mandatory flat rate withholding on supplemental pay in excess of $1 million. The regulations are in effect for payments made on or after January 1, 2007 and apply to all employers and others making supplemental wage payments to employees.
